Regions and Items on the Page:

a) All the items will come in single column format

2) Initial sub tab - 0 (first tab will be focused)

3) Initial sub tab – 2(third tab will be focused)

8) Hide show

HIDE SHOW Region, will display items based on hide and show format

9) Bulletedlist

Display the items with Bullet List

10) Labeled field layout

Based on the prompt, field alignment will display
